Akhil Bharat Arya Samaj Trust is an Eduactional, Social, Religious and Charitable Trust Registered under Indian Public Trust Act. Arya Samaj Sanskar Kendra Annapurna Indore is the only controlled by Akhil Bharat Arya Samaj Trust in Madhya Pradesh. We do not have any other branch or Centre in Indore. मन के एकाग्रीकरण का प्रयत्न -

योग करने से मन के एकाग्रीकरण की शक्ति मिलती है। जब हम मन के एकाग्रीकरण का प्रयत्न करते है, तो समय-समय पर स्वयं की परीक्षा और ले सकते हैं। जैसे बहुत सुन्दर दृश्य आपके सामने है, आपको नहीं देखना चाहिये, आप नहीं देखते हैं। आपकी स्वादिष्ट प्रिय वस्तु रसगुल्ला आपको दिया जाता है, आप नहीं खाते हैं। अर्थात् अपनी इन्द्रियों को जीतने का प्रयत्न करते हैं। जब बच्चा छोटा होता है, किसी चीज के लिये मचलता तो उसका ध्यान वहाँ से हटाने की कोशिश करते हैं, ताकि आगे जाकर उसकी आदत यह न पड़ जाए कि उसके मन की हर इच्छा पूरी की जाए। ऐसा न करने पर बच्चा जिद्दी प्रकृति का हो जाता है और भविष्य में मनमाफिक हर चीज को प्राप्त करने की जिद करता है। अर्थात् मन मो जीतने का प्रयास हम करते हैं, अन्यथा हम अपनी हर मनपसन्द वस्तु को प्राप्त करने का प्रयत्न करेंगे और यदि फल हुए तो यह मन की जीत हुई।

By disintegrating unity into diversity, we gained less and lost more. In ancient times, there was one God and one religion. Separatist vested interests saw their benefit in forming a special sect, its followers separating from others forming a special class and fighting with others. This was their personal dominance. Talented pioneers have always been quite successful in dragging the masses behind them. So, separatism flourished. Many sects, many gods, many scriptures, many rules and regulations were created and the roots of separation kept getting stronger. This only served the selfish interests of the priestly class. All the other people remained in loss by getting entangled in the web of misconceptions and wasting their time, money and wisdom.
